Welcome to The Jewellery Workshop and showroom, Abergavenny.

 

Myself (Lawrence Rendall) has over 44 years experience in the Jewellery trade. I opened the Jewellery Workshop in 1988 and have been trading for the past 28 years

My service is completely open and honest, I offer a guarantee on my Jewellery repairs and I do not charge for estimates.

If you have an urgent repair or alteration I always endeavour to sort it out  the same day. I do advise that you please ring me in advance to  check how busy I am to avoid disappointment. As a normal rule I can turn most routine jobs around in a few days.

I have a small but well equipped workshop specialising in the repairs and alterations.

I can supply almost any missing stone from a piece of jewellery also having access to excellent stone matching services offering cut new cut stones or repolishing of worn or scuffed stones.

I specialise in repairing worn and missing settings, making new bezels, re-tipping claws in platinum, white or yellow gold, general rebuilding of worn rings and  fitting new shanks.

​

Chain repairs including  new clasps, bolt rings, lobster clasps and repairs to running links .

I have rhodium plating facilities on site which is essential for white gold jewellery.

I can assist with all types of repairs for your broken jewellery, if you can't see what you are looking for please don't hesitate to get in touch..  I will not undertake any repairs that I feel cannot be completed successfully.

 
I offer a professional re-threading service for beaded necklaces including synthetic or genuine pearls, lost or missing pearls can also be replaced.
